Behind every project, activity and warm welcome at Stour Valley Men's Shed is an incredible team of volunteers.

Since the day we were founded, we have been 100% volunteer-led, with no paid staff. Everything we achieve is made possible by local people who generously give their time, skills and experience to support our members and community.

Our team includes a dedicated Board of Trustees who provide governance and strategic direction, an Operations Manager who helps coordinate the day-to-day running of the charity, Duty Managers who ensure each session runs safely and smoothly, and a fantastic group of volunteers who lead and support many different areas of the organisation.

Whether they're making tea, maintaining equipment, organising events, supporting new members, fundraising, managing projects or helping behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important role in making the Shed what it is.

We are always looking for enthusiastic people who would like to become part of our journey. Whether you have a few hours to spare each month, professional skills to share, or simply want to help your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
